How to register via SSO using an existing e-mail account?

The possibility of registering via Single Sign-On (SSO) depends on the configuration of the Data Exchange Solution* to which you are connecting. To find out more, contact the Orchestrator team.

The Data Exchange Solution enables participants whose identity provider is Google or Microsoft to sign up quickly, directly using the credentials linked to their existing e-mail account, thanks to SSO.

An identity provider is a service that stores and verifies the identity of users.

Please note that only one login method can be used by a participant. If you choose to register by SSO, you will not be able to log in with an e-mail address and password on the Participant Portal; you will be obliged to use SSO.

If the SSO login method is available on the Data Exchange Solution, on the login page simply click on the button:

  • “Continue with Google” if your identity provider is Google

  • “Continue with Microsoft” if your identity provider is Microsoft

Please note that the identity providers activated for the SSO or not are chosen by the Participant Portal orchestrator.

A modal will appear, asking you to enter your e-mail account details. Your details will already be pre-filled, so all you need to do is fill in your missing details to create your account.

Your account will await validation by the orchestrator. To find out more, we invite you to read the article “Why isn't my account authenticated?
