To find a user license and/or an invoice issued after a transaction you must:
- go to the Transactions universe
- then click on “Provider”
- select the transaction for which you want to see the user license and/or the issued invoice.

- “More actions”
- then on “Download the user license”

| How long does the Participant Portal keep these documents? Documents relating to your transactions are kept for the entire lifetime of your organization on the Participant Portal. We advise you to download them and archive them in your own storage space. In the event of deletion of your participant account:
- all your discussions with other participants will be deleted
- all documents linked to your transactions will be transferred to the new contact person for your data offerings within your organization
