During your transactions, the payment process is handled entirely by Dawex, using the certified MangoPay payment solution.
To make a purchase:
- Dawex sends you an IBAN bank account number.
- You order a bank transfer to that account number, specifying the transaction reference (available in the transfer payment information).
- Once the payment is approved, the funds are transferred to the provider.
- You are given access to the data.
How long does a transaction take?
Once the payment is made, Dawex sequesters the provider’s data and collects the regulatory KYC (Know Your Customer) documents. These documents make it possible to ensure the identity of both parties and make it easier to avoid fraud.
Within a maximum of 24 working hours after payment is approved, the funds are transferred to the provider, and the data is transferred to the acquirer.
